1/27/2024 EnchantaVaughn Approved 1.Behavior: QMHP-C meet with JaCaeri during an individual session in the home. Focus was to introduce conflict resolution skill to assist with anger management as it relates to coping skills as mother reports he will get upset with her and his siblings and will not talk to them for about 20 minutes in duration. 2. Behavior: JaCaeri was redirected from QMHP-C due to him not listening to his mother or counselor when discussing his behaviors as he would leave the room and come back in the room with behaviors lasting about 2 minutes in duration. Mother reports this is what she has to deal with on a daily basis as well when he cannot have his needs met with 1.Response: JaCaeri was receptive to the therapeutic practices of coping skills as it relates to patience, self-control, and anger management. JaCaeri was praised for using tips with an older sibling in that moment when his older sibling came and picked up his cup and drank the rest. 2. Response: JaCaeri reports that he tries to get along with his siblings in the home and he tries not to use profanity when he is upset but when he does not have his medication because his grandmother forgets to give it to him that is when he gets in trouble the most. behaviors lasting about 10 minutes in duration. 1.Intervention: QMHP-C processed with JaCaeri about the importance of him using self-control when he begins to feel angry. QMHP-C discussed with the JaCaeri how he must take responsibility for himself when he does become angry and not constantly blame the negative aspects of his life. 2. Intervention: QMHP-C encouraged JaCaeri to handle self-conflict peacefully and praised him for finding positive things to focus on when angry. QMHP-C role played with JaCaeri the appropriate way to communicate his feelings and emotions to those who are in authority.
